Martha Karua has called on professional to first ensure their own integrity before laying blame on government institutions.
She said by pointing out lapses within each professional group, issues like corruption and nepotism in the work place would be better fought.
Karua was speaking at KICC at the opening of a symposium on professional services and career exhibition.
